Cannot log on to my account at B of A (from Wilmington, NC), nor can I reach any "technical support" person!! Cannot pay bills or access any online payees info.! Total shutout accessing relevant payee information!

Yesterday, and still today, B of A pages still unavailable on website. No message available to explain all of this to customers. perfect example of "customer-no-service" Time to look for another bank!!!
