Cannot log into BofA online banking site today. Cannot get in touch with anyone in tech support, typical BofA action!!!

I finally got a a manager a BOA who helped with this problem. If like me, you use Internet Exploret, he stepped me though downloading another web browser, Google Chrome. It took only a couple of minutes to download (I didn't give my email address when it asked) and hooray...I can now log on to BOA with no problems. I will use Google Chrome to access this account until the problem is fixed on IE which they say they have no idea when it will be fixed. At least now I access all my accounts and the tabs too. Hope this helps others. ..
