Cannot enter site. Called customer service to get information. Talked to someone that they received no word that the server was down and then saw all your comments...Huh...I was told to try again in a few minutes, 30 minutes to an hour.

And now five hours later still no access or resolution. Their usual customer service. just like foreclosing on homes they don't even own. How patient do you thing they'd be with us if the situation were reversed?????????
