Bill Payment Center via Safari IPAD Mini

Your bill pay center via web browser using Safari on an iPad has been losing connection for a few days now. It comes up sporadically but it loses connection. I keep getting a message that Safari cannot find the server.

When are you going to get your Billpay web browser fixed? This is ridiculous.

Full site Bill Pay still losing connection. Takes at least 10 tries to get it to come up. Mobile applications do not provide all information full site provides. This day and age a tablet or phone are computers with a browser and you should  be able to access all full sites or websites. This has been an issue for a week now. FIX THE PROBLEM.
