What is going on?
When will this problem of non access be solved by BOA
This is a fortune 500 company. The Tech's should be able to figure out this problem? Online Banking? Where did it go?
Live in NJ. I've been having problems with BOA online banking for over 1 month now. I call and call and call....but they don't care!! If you use Internet Explorer like me, they say switch to another browser. Sorry, that is not an acceptable answer. FIX THE PROBLEM BOA!!!!

I haven't been able to log on since Monday 5/14/2012 and today is now Friday. Another reason I may be moving my account.....
