I haven't been able to access my BOA account for over a week. I phoned a couple days ago and they said they would fix the problem. I phoned today and spent over an hour on the phone with their tech people. They still couldn't fix the problem. I was told they would issue a service ticket that would take over a week. I deeply regret going paperless now. I'm accustomed to paying all my bills online. I'm definitely reevaluating my banking relationship with BOA. This is unacceptable service for a monster of their size.
