Bank of America mdepic card

Went to use card said it was declined . Card is good and had positive balance on it .called number on card  . AI said been declined due to fraudulent actively... So I asked to speak to rep to figure out how and why been on hold forever nobody at customer service to pick call up ....Online cant help either due to I forgot my password and cant get it reset by a rep ....
