The site will slowly respond but often results in "internal server errors", which a good programmer would never expose to a user.  Additionally, some data is missing or inaccurate. This is typical for BofA. I am sure there are a lot of unemployed technology professionals in the US that could fix all their on-going problems and maybe some of the current employees also know what could be done. It is the arrogant, overpaid IT managers that do not wish to hear that the "emporer" has no clothes.
