Phone system does not recognize my account. I transferred money from EDD account to BofA checking acct on 2/10/2012 - EDD site showed my balance as $0 - today the money is back in my EDD account and BofA WILL NOT admit there was a problem on their end. So, now I owe for two overdrafts!

Found this B of A number on the edd site 866-692-9374. I was able to have them transfer the money to my bank acct over the phone. Was advised they are aware the site has been down for a few days & that it is starting to come up for some people. Such b.s. You can also go to a B of A ATM to withdraw money.

Everything till now I was able to just type and I could see balance and transactions, but now NADA NADA, I'm not mad just left alone. I'm crying. Lol
I've been trying to get on the EDD website but haven't been abel to. Does anyone know when is it gonna start running again? I really need to pay my bills, and have no time to go to the atm with five kids.
