Can't access B of A Bill Pay. Haven't been able to do so for awhile now.

Live in NJ. I've been having problems with BOA online banking for over 1 month now. I call and call and call....but they don't care!! If you use Internet Explorer like me, they say switch to another browser. Sorry, that is not an acceptable answer. FIX THE PROBLEM BOA!!!!
