I can't even get to thhe login page. I called BOA and talked to the rep who said they had no reports of problems. We reset the password and still no help. The rep said to wait for a couple of hours and try again. This was yesterday (the 14th) and I still can't log-on. This website is really irritating.
same thing happened to me but today the rep I got said yes they have had problems with that website and it should be ok tomorrow
Over the weekend I could not get in. Proper sitekey and passcode, no action. Yesterday I went to the bank and was advised better to just shut down and start on-line anew. That was accomplished. Three entries and now BANG. Same problem. Type in passcode and snooze. No action.
I cant even get the edd website to come up it just keeps clocking this has been going on since 02/11
same for me Linnda. the tech phone goes to fraud which sent me to online help which eventually hung up on me.
this is ridiculous.
i went on the bofa mainsite and upon closing the browser was offered a survey; i participated and sited these issues.
