Unable to log into my AT&T email account. Site says unable to your request, at this time. Unable to log into My ATT also.

July 7---10, 2017 accessed email once after 15 attempts and now still can't access mail account. Security questions I have never seen before-how can I answer if they can't possibly have answers to questions I've never seen? No options there. Can't chat-click on and it goes to more questions-where is the "chat" person? Even sent contact info--can't get response because I can't get into email!! This is like trying to do a cheer while riding on a tilt-a-whirl. I hope AT&T deducts my bill for non-service.
