tree limb fell, three telephone lines hanging loose on ground

I am not a landline customer, but lines fell on my property.  Tree limb is removed, power company verified they are phone lines, not power lines.  Has been three weeks or so with no action. Pole is on northeast of public property in front of my house.  Address is 605 madison St,. Three Rivers, MI 49093
