Last night, I was receiving and sending emails. When I tried to logoff a screen was displayed that my request could not be processed, sorry for inconvenience. This morning I get the same screen when trying to login - same screen appeared with Explorer and with Chrome. For many days when trying to login a screen comes up that the information I entered does match their records; this happens over and over. Sometimes switching to a lap top or another desk top has helped, but not always. WHAT IS GOING ON? AND WHY HASN'T AT&T ISSUED A PUBLIC STATEMENT SO THAT CUSTOMERS KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT? As a customer I am disgusted. As a former AT&T employee, I am embarrassed.
