Keep asking to enter password

Using Micorsoft Outlook to view ATT / Yahoo email, however last couple days the message pop out out asking to re-enter password...Did that but still continues asking...!

Down: July/29, 30, 31 and today Aug-01-2012........Still down

Same problem here in NC since sunday. Customer support sympathetic but useless. This has happened before but it usually mysteriously fixes itself within a short time --but not this time. Was refered to advance tech support but number winds up at sales desk after long converstation with computer.... Bwaaaah
