I lost the ability to go to most websites. It is a partial outage, as I can get to You Tube and Microsoft stuff. I can't check the local weather or go to most other websites right now. I get a message -modem could not connect to your Broadband service.
This can occur due to emergency network maintenance or other unforeseen temporary service disruptions. The Internet LED light on the front of the system will automatically turn green once the problem has been resolved, typically within a short period.
The funny thing is, I can view some websites. This has been going on for over an hour.
