E-mail down

Once again I am having problems accessing my e-mail.  Talked with your associates, they talked me into direct tv and sent a tech out to check our cable box.  Yet, here we are again with no e-mail access.  Please do not make me change providers after all these years.  Please fix this problem once and for all.
