Can't Login to pay bill

When I click to Login it gives me a message that the site is down. During the weekend I was able to get pass that screen and it asked me for verification i asked for it to text me the code and the site gave me an error message and I never got the text. I tried a few times, same scenario. I waited for a few hours, tried again and it said my account was locked.
