Can't login to Billing

Cannot login to my billing account...still...chat says busy...phone lines on site are not updated (cancelled some services and downgraded insurances which were not orginally authorized).  Stating on the business app that my payment is due in Feb.  Just paid twice this month...very frustrating ATT...not sure how my business can keep dealing with this especially seeing the app doesn't show anything but a balance due...Guess I need to go back to paper billing...
