Can't log in or see account infoTried to register new number per tech support but can't

I changed number on 10/15/16 @ 3am now I was able to log in and see my new number and all account info but since approx 11am 10/15/16 I can't log in @ times and when I can I can't see my new number only the last digits of my old number and no account info accesible. Tried to register new number per tech support can't do that either.

Not able to access att.net (flash.net) email since October 12, 2016 Also, can query using Internet Explorer, but when the pages of sites relating to my query come up and I click on one of them, all I get is a blank page.

When I click on the "sign up" that has recently been added under the "sign in" I get a page that says "JavaScript must be enabled." I have installed JavaScript 8, and uninstalled previous releases. The error message still says "JavaScript must be enabled." I rebooted after the install, and when I go into "tools" then "manage add ons," it shows two "JavaScript (tm) Plug in SSV Helpers" have been enabled. Do I need to do something else?
