I'm reporting trouble in the line at 822 North Central Pk. Chicago Il. 60651.I was told it quit working Sunday evening about 6:30 P.M. I just found this out today and i'm very concerned, you see Michael Wells who resides at the above address is physically hanidicap the phone is his only connection the the outside.
