Yahoo tell's me that my problem is with you,my problem is I can't log into my email. Yahoo took control of my computer for over two hours,and came up with the conclusion that it is my pass word that wilol not let me into my email.can you help me ?

Beginnin Tuesday Sept 10 afternoon, I cannot log into get my E-mail for either my account or my wife's sub account. I've double checked all of my settings and they are correct. Every test fails. Nothing has been changed at my end.

Everytime I try to log into ATT, the pc logs into Yahoo only.
