Over the past several days AOL.COM has been impossible to access for long periods of time. This Verizon owned service has become some sort of back-water of service. 'You have mail' has turned to "You don't have access'.

A week of no service is unacceptable. It seem that every month this year there has been issues of connectivity. When contacting aol help you get someone overseas who has no idea when service will be restored. Sometimes it's weather related issues but this last week the weather hasn't been the issue at all. Can't log in to interest at all. I certainly hope Verizon AOL can straighten this out or we'll be forced to get service elsewhere.
