Situation has existed since 7/10/17 mid day. Reported via phone to AOL and have case # but still this AM 7/11/17 no service. Am on hold again to speak to AOL. Frustrating. Have been with AOL over 20 yrs. They said they had complaints with clients using Charter/Spectrum and Time Warner. I checked with Charter and they said it was not their problem but AOL's. BUCK passing and still no service. What is going ON???
