I sign on, see the little man run through password and then get the blue aol screen with the toolbar at top. But I see "connected, not signed on". So no email, no welcome page, no favorites. From another site, I can see that this is a problem in other areas of the country. I have restarted my computer twice and restarted aol about 7 times. I have opened my traveling laptop and see the same issues.
