can't log in via all accounts .... couldn't reach them by phone ....(I was on hold for 15 minutes) ....got help via chat ...as told that they have had several similar reports and they are working to correct it.

On my desktop computer, I got through the login (little man running through the password acceptance) and then the screen pops back to the login window with a note that login didn't work and to try again. Same for my husband's desktop. We are both getting mail on our phones and on my husband's iPad.
