Can't get email.

This morning I spent a long time, probably a couple of hours on the phone with an aol tech person.  My email reappeared, and we thought the problem was fixed.  Tonight I got back on the computer, only to find that the email is completely gone again.  All that time was wasted.  I'm fed up with aol.
