Can't get access to my account info

typical login screen but after entering credentials just get revolving symbol. If i shut that windoe and open amex in another window I don't get the login screen and I get the log out button. If I try to navigate to my account data I usually get the revolving symbol again but once actually got to my account info. The page was different from previous account window pages.
