Keep trying with same result. The first time this happened there was a message that asked me to download an upgrade to the app.. That's when TV screen went dark

Unable to order two different items on Amazon. When I select "one-time purchase," I just get the spinning clock. Also unable to get any response when i click on "recommendations."
