Can't access any portion of Adobe site

Jan 20, 2012 at approximately 5am UMT it was discovered that the Adobe site to create a login was not available and redirects to an apology "Out of Service" page.  Attempts to connect at approximately 3pm UMT, the entirety of the Adobe site is unavailable and does not redirect to another page, it simply fails to load.
