all shows come up with this error. I can't even watch on my laptop. I get a different error for that.

got this code trying to restart the latest bachelorette episode, which I hadn't finished playing. Was a verify to watch episode, but properly verified during initial launch and viewing. Tried watching other bachelorette episodes (fail), tried watching other ABC shows (worked fine), tried restarting app (fail), restarting roku (fail), tried removing/ reinstalling/re verifying app (fail).
Frustrated because this is only by second time attempting to use the app.
