getting code 016-1601-604

on a regular basis thru my firestick i go to my abc app to watch general hospital ,but have been unable to now for several days when i tried to, it tells me one of 2 things either i'm streaming the maximum about of streaming which makes no sense, i have cleared the cache and the data cache and i'm still getting that comment or code 016-1601-604 saying there's a problem playing this video! i even cleared the history so not sure what the problem is!
