I can see some programs on ABC but when I choose GMA it gives me a code of 024-016-607. Can you help with this matter?
When attempting to access ABC app on the Roku system I received the following message,"Oops! Something went wrong. code: 024-016-607" I was unable to access any programming.
I unplug the Roku for 10 seconds and then plug it back in. This cures the problem, at least, until the next time.
