Tried watching Grey's Anatomy premiere from Roku and on ABC website with authorized account, but "parental control" warning keeps appearing. Looks like the problem has been ongoing. Anyone know what ABC is doing to fix this?

Even when I sign out and reactivate with my provider (WOW), I get this error on both the apple tv and through the abc website. When i reactivate the apple tv i get the message "contratulations you ahve successfully activated your device. You can now watch live or full episodes" but on the apple tv I get "error: you are not authorized to view this content"
I am having the same issue on my Mac and on my boyfriends Dell. We have no parental controls so how do we fix this?
