I logged into my television provider (Directv) to make sure I was verified to watch a show but that didn't seem to help either.
I'm just trying to watch ABC TV shows for free online like always, but today getting for the first time the error 403-28:6009 prompt parental control settings do not allow you to watch this content. I've never touched the parental control settings. I guess I'll watch CBS or NBC...
