I will be watching ABC live on my phone and it will stop working and i wll get a pop up code 018-1804-408.  I have service with Optimum and I sometimes get a message " the abc live stream is currently not available through Altice one. Code 013-1301-716  I don't have Altice!  I called my TV provider and they are telling me LIVE STREAM is included with my subscription.  What is the problem....This happens almost every day.

Please help!!!
