says access to this program is not included in your spectrum tv subscription. but that’s not right because i can watch it from my phone with the abc app with the same spectrum account. i use a roku for my tv.

I am having this same problem. I go to my show and get this code. I am able to watch ABC via my computer, but I can not on my Roku. The only difference is I am signed in with my DIRECTV account. Someone please help us!!!
