ABC App site not working

Since last week, I’ve been unable to use the ABC app on my iPhone. Every time I attempt to watch something, I receive a message stating something to the effect of: “Oops, there‘s been an error 016-1601-1102.” I’ve tried (several times) to delete the app and then reload it, but nothing works. Why won’t it work anymore? The NBC app works just fine. Please help. Thank you.
