Have tried for 2 days now to log into my account. But it tells me the user name and password are not found. I go thru the password/username help crap and it finally tells me to call into customer service. Then over a 15 min wait with that--on a Saturday morning at 10am.
Finally hung up and am hoping it will finally come up or I will try again later. Is anyone having this same issue?????
