Wells Fargo...temporarily unavailable

I cannot access my account after logging in, this has been going on for days, ridiculous! I'm thinking about moving my money to another bank with consistent online banking access. I reported it on facebook and response was clear cache, relaunch browser, THIS DOES NOT WORK AND SHOULD BE TAKEN OFF THE INSTRUCTIONS TO THE CUSTOMER. The fact is that Well's Fargo took it down and evidently they cannot fix the issue due to what? Hacking? TELL US WHY WELL'S FARGO REMOVED ONLINE BANKING! I was instructed to call a specialist but I will not do that, I will move my money to another bank!
