You can log in to the site, but when you go to Bill Pay you are given a screen letting you know the service is down. Then you are logged out.
I called their 800 number and the customer service rep told me that they know it is down and has been down since 1:30pm Eastern time. They are not estimating a fix time. The staff internally can not help you pay any bills or do anything in that portion of online banking either.
Sounds like a serious problem....

I love Wells Fargo online banking and this is the first time I have experienced something this dramatic. Good think I use two banks and at least I can send some urgent bills from my Chase online banking anyway....
