Wells Fargo App won't send access code to login

Got a new phone, Samsung Galaxy note5, downloaded app, and now won't let me login and wants to send me a security code via text or call, and won't send it. It locked me out, had to call the bank to reverse the lock, tried to login again on the app, same thing is happening. Lame. Please fix. I need my app.
