Unable to create new online account or recover information (username/password) for existing account.

I opened an account with you over two weeks ago and attempted to created an online profile to do online banking at your kiosk in a Wells Fargo bank. It said that the website was unavailable and to check back within a few hours. I have tried to create my online account with you everyday, several times a day since then with no success. Anytime I call to try and get help you say there is nothing you can do and that you are working on it and to try again later. I chose Wells Fargo because of the promise of the convenience of online banking. I would like some answers or help in creating an online profile so that I may manage my accounts online.
