Got email saying my delivery preference for statements had been changed. I hadn't changed it, so went to log onto system. No can't access accounts. Back log on 800 # is about 30 minutes, leading me to believe issue I'd not unique.

I am having the same issue and I'm currently on hold with Wells Fargo. I'm experiencing the same as you did. I received strange emails from Wells regarding my accounts. I hope this is only a temporary glitch. Hmmm......
Just got off the phone with Wells. There is a known problem with the login and they are working on it. Should be resolved soon.
