Mobile app not working for 3 weeks

Mobile app (iPhone) allows sign in but can't get past account page. Get message "temporarily unavailable try again later" have deleted app and de loaded same problem. IPad app works fine. Called Wells Fargo, they said there is an unresolved problem with "some unknown number of accounts". I haven't been able to access from phone for 3 weeks!!!
