Have not be able to get into Wells Fargo online banking for weeks, no one cares at Wells.

I have Comcast & Wells Fargo and cannot get into online banking for weeks now. Called Wells Fargo customer service and they admit the problem is theirs, but don't know how to resolve it.

OMG! I thought I was going crazy, this is happening to me as well. I called WF and they said it wasn't them it was Comcast. Comcast came out and fixed several things for me and I got back online but only twice over 4 days. That was at least 2 weeks ago. When I log on the page just sits there and never opens to my account. I've had to resort to phone banking. Good to know this is happening to others. I will call WF Monday and be the squeaky wheel!!
