Unable to use debit card. All our accounts are positive but retailer systems says the debit amount denied. Called in to customer service, CSR confirmed site down.

As of 9pm Mountain time the system for debit cards is still down. I was told an hour ago the syatem would be back up and available. It is not. ALL DEBIT customers are effected by this as nationwide the system is crashed. All amounts are there ...it is a system issue...not a cyber attack I was told.
