cant use my debit card to order on line cant log in to wells fargo, holding on phone for hours no one picks up

trying to login online, it lets me but doesnt show chking account balance.. been on phone for awhile.. i think there doing maintenance but who knows.. hung up already.. prob one of reasons wells fargo isn't so good.
