have entered my login informaiton multiple times and cannot get logged into the site.
It begins the process, but gets hung and stops half way through.

I can not sign on to Wells Fargo, doesn't recognize username and password and it doesn't even recognize my ss#!!! I need to pay mortgage! Wait time is so long but have to stay on hold. I tried this on two different computers, work and home same issue.
