ATMs and cards not working

I just tried 3 different ATMs in the Allentown/Bethlehem, PA area and they wouldn't work.  I also tried using both my credit and debit card at the store and neither one would work.  The store says that Wells Fargo cards have not worked all day.  Also, when I was in checkout aisle, the person in front of me also had a Wells Fargo card and was not able to pay for his order, either.  His card also would not work.
